Resale Certificates: If you have a signed contract for sale, it's time to order a resale certificate that needs to be provided to the prospective buyer. The fee for this service is $125.00. We require that a completed resale request form questionere be filled out when the payment is made. Please contact our office at (860) 663-0550 or email us at apmcllc@sbcglobal.net so we can mail, email or fax the resale request form.


Insurance Certificates: Usually on a annual basis, your bank or mortgage company will require proof of building and liability insurance for the property. This is a seperate policy from your individual insurance coverage. Please contact our office at (860) 663-0550 or email us at apmcllc@sbcglobal.net and we will provide you with our insurance agents contact information to obtain the insurance certificate.


Work Order Requests: Any reports of damage or repairs should be reported immediately to our office via email at apmcllc@sbcglobal.net or via phone at (860) 663-0550.  Please contact our 24 hour Emergency Line in the event of an emergency at (203) 410-5302.
